- Exterior - - a modern white construction built with a traditional design with dark pointed rooftops as well as a small tower jutting from the centre of the building. .
- General - - this hotel is widely regarded as the best hotel in the area. . hotel not visited. Report has been written with the aid of a brochure. (01/01 MP)
- Lobby - - the lobby is very modern in design and decor. Its large windows ensure it is always bright with plenty of natural light. It has shiny tiled flooring and leads directly onto the ingles bar.
- Location - - situated in its own parkland and surrounded by forest land all around with stunning views over the los andes mountains and the ocean. .
- Restaurant - - the hotel boasts its top level international menu at the martial restaurant and a seperate coffee shop for a more informal meal.
- Rooms - - all rooms vary in decor with carpeted floors throughout and predominately light colours used. Rooms have views over the bay, the beagle channel, the andes and the forest.
