- Exterior - A traditional facade blending with a more modern style entrance.
- General - A very good budget property with a very good location. 0500/PG
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, is light and bright with a light wood reception area on one side and a small seating area on the other.
- Location - Situated downtown in a perfect position for tourists and businessmen alike. Plaza San Martin is a few steps away as is the main shopping area of Florida.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is small and more traditional in style with dark wood furnishings throughout and flora above adding to the decor.
- Rooms - The examples shown are of medium to large, modern rooms in very good condition. Colour schemes vary with some rooms being light and others using darker colours.
