- Exterior - An enormouns modern purpose built construction which forms part of same building as the Park Tower Sheraton.
- General - The hotel has dedicated its top three floors to Executive roomss and another four floors to Stawood Preferred guest rooms. 0100/PG
- Lobby - Very large and modern in design and decor.
- Location - Situated in the area of Ritiro a short walk from Puerto Madeiro and three blocks away from Florida shopping area. The buquebus to Montivideo leaves from directly opposite the hotel to the centre of Montivideo. An excellent location for all travellers with most areas of interest and monuments within walking distance.
- Restaurant - The hotel has two restaurants both on the ground floors. One is modern, the other more traditional, both serving internateonal cuisine.
- Rooms - All the rooms are large and modern in good to very good condition as are the bathrooms. Many ahve views over the sea, Puerto Madeiro and the city.
