- Exterior - The architecture is plain with a modern glass facade.
- General - A good hotel for its category in an excellent location. 0500/PG
- Lobby - Medium in size various antique ornaments are used to decorate the room. It is furnished in dark wood and leads directly into the bar & breakfast room.
- Location - An excellent location in the city centre. Florida street is two blocks away, the corrientes only one block away and the obelisco for which Buenos Aires is famed is just three blocks away.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is situated on the ground floor, it is modern in decor and carpeted throughout. The restaurant ls located directly in front of the lobby it is modern with wood furnishings throughout and gold table covers.
- Rooms - All the rooms are in very good condition and modern in decor using a mix of light and dark colours. The bathrooms are in good condition. 70% are large in size with the remainder being medium.
