- Exterior - A white property similar in style to apartments in the area.
- General - 0100/pg hotel not visited, report written with the aid of the brochure.
- Lobby - The lobby is small with a modern recpetion area. It also incorporates a couple of small seating areas.
- Location - Situated one block from Florida and a short walk to Puerot Madeiro.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is furnished in dark wood and is used as a bar/coffee bar in the evening
- Rooms - Rooms are in good condition. All are modern and basic in decor with light/pastel colours used.
