- Exterior - A rectangular structure with a brick facade forming a central part of one of the many blocks of which Buenos Aires is formed.
- General - 0500/pg
- Lobby - The lobby incorporates a conservatory with local shrubs and flowers. It also has a large chimnye area in front of one of the seating areas. It is medium sized.
- Location - Centrally located near Florida street in a shopping and commercial area. It is close to all amenities and a ten minute walk from the Obelisco.
- Restaurant - Situated adjacent to the front desk 'Daddys Bar' serves local cuisine.
- Rooms - All are large and in very good condition with a traditional theme running throughout. The bathrooms are small but also in very good condition. Light colours contrast the dark wood furniture.
