- Exterior - A high rise mid-19th century construction.
- General - A good hotel for its category in an excellent location. 0500/PG
- Lobby - The lobby is small and basic in decor.
- Location - Situated in the city centre very close to the pedestrian walkways of Florida and Lavalle. It is also very close to the commercial and shopping centres of the city.
- Restaurant - Lunch and dinner is served in the room directly in front of the reception area. It is modern and leads into the breakfast room and also incorporates a bar area.
- Rooms - All are basic, modern and in good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor is always modern and colours vary.
