- Exterior - The architecture of the hotel is remiscent of many residential apartments with a brick facade.
- General - The hotel is in need of renovation in places. 0100/PG
- Lobby - Small and modern in decor, the lobby is in need of renovation.
- Location - Centrally located in a commercial area. Porto Madeiro is just four blocks away and the Obelisco is seven blocks away.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is situated on the ground floor and modern in decor. The bar/cafetteria area is situated on the ground floor serving light snacks. It is light and bright with white washed walls.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size. Half are in good condition and half in fair condition. They are modern in decor with basic furnishings.
