- Lobby - The lobby is on a split level walkway with the high level leading to the reception area and the low level leading to the restaurant.
- Location - Centrally located one block away from Corrientes and Florida where all shops and places of interest are found.
- Restaurant - Situated on the lower ground floor. It is furnished in light wood and modern.
- Rooms - All are medium in size and modern in decor. Colours vary but pastel colours are predominately used with 60% of the rooms being in good condition and 40% being in very good condition.
