- Exterior - A white construction with archietcture typical of the Avenue.
- General - A good hotel with a very good location. 0100/PG
- Lobby - The lobby is small and modern. It incorporates a small seating area with a light wood reception desk with green flora strategically placed adding to the decor.
- Location - Situated on Buenos Aires most important street, the Avenue 9th July on which stands the Obelisco which is short walk from the hotel.
- Restaurant - - Situated on the seventh floor
- Rooms - All are medium in size and in good condition as are the bathrooms. Rooms are basic but contain all necesities and services expected of a hotel of this category. They are modern throughout.
