- Location - The hotel is situated downtown close to Santa Fe Avenue and Florida Street with the new affluent Porto Madeiro area just 2 blocks away.
- Restaurant - Again fully furnished in light wood the restaurant serves international cuisine with a wide variety menu boasting plates from all the different continents of the globe.
- Rooms - Rooms are modern in style and in very good condition using light colours throughout giving a bright and airy feel.
