- Exterior - A very modern property in the middle of one of the many blocks which together form Buenos Aires downtown.
- General - 0500/pg
- Lobby - Medium in size and modern in decor. It incorporates many window boutiques, has a large sized lounge with wood flooring and leads directly onto the breakfast room and cafetteria which becomes the bar area in the evening.
- Location - Situated in an ideal location in Barrio Norte at the start of the Recoleta area one block away from Avenue 9th July and close to all amenities in a tranquil residential area.
- Restaurant - Situated on the ground floor at the end of the lobby all furnished in wood as is the bar area it incorporates.
- Rooms - All rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition with double pained windows to make sure that no noise from the street disturbs clients in the hotel. All the rooms are modern in decor. 85% are medium in size with the remainder being large.
