Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A purpose built construction with architecture similar to that associated with the late sixties.
- General - Good location for both the business and leisure travellers. 0500/PG
- Lobby - At the time of visiting the hotel the lobby was going through a refurbishment and will therefore be totally new when finished at the end of december 1999. It is medium in size with marble flooring. It comprises of small seating areas and leads onto a seperate lounge.
- Location - A perfect location on Avenue 9th July almost directly opposite the Obelisco. Close to all shops and places of interest as well as the business and financial district.
- Restaurant - Situated on the first floor the restaurants glass facade overlooks the Obelisco. It is modern and incorporates a bar area. All meals are taken in this room.
- Rooms - All of the rooms are in very good condition with the bathrooms being in good condition. 60% of the rooms are medium in size with the remainder being split equally between large and very large rooms. Colour and decor changes but all are modern.
