- Exterior - A high rise modern structure.
- General - 0500/pg
- Lobby - The lobby is small, modern in design and decor incorporating a couple of small seating areas. It has light wood furnisshing and reception area.
- Location - Situated in the city centre one block from the Avenue 9th July and with view over Plaza Libertad. It is also close to the most important cultural centres like the Colon theatre, the Cervantes theatre and close to all the main shopping and commercial centres.
- Restaurant - The hotel has no restaurant but just a breakfast room. It has a glass facade overlooking the gardens in Plaza Liberta. It is modern with white tiled flooring and incorporates a bar area.
- Rooms - All the rooms are furnished in a modern style in keeping with the rest of the hotel and are in very good condition as are the bathrooms which are light in colour. Many rooms have views over the gardens opposite the hotel & the Avenye 9th July.
