- Exterior - A large high-rise modern, Rectangular construction.
- General - This hotel has a good location and is suitable for both the leisure and business traveller. 0500/PG Hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid of a brochure.
- Lobby - The lobby is large with seperate reception and concierge areas. In keeping with the hotels exterior image it is very modern and shiny throughout.
- Location - Situated in the centre of Buenos Aires in a perfect position a few steps away from Corrientes Avenue and the Congresso National. The Obelisco is just seven blocks away.
- Restaurant - The hotel boasts a gourmet restaurant 'Boulevare' and a seperate coffee shop/bar area familiar in style to a cocktail bar.
- Rooms - Both examples shown on the brochure show modern rooms in very good condition furnished in light colours and carpeted floors.
