The lobby is very large and modern both in design and decor. The reception area is directly in front of the entrance. To the left of the entrance are a couple of welcome desks overlooked by a typical stone wall of the area from which hanging down are examples of local shrubbery and greenery to give a tropical effect. This theme runs throughout the lobby as to the far right of the entrance above a large lounge area the wall is decorated in the same way but in a far larger proportion plus a water and fountain area. The lobby also incorporates a lobby bar and a small jewellery boutique.
