Opened since July 2002, considered the most exclusive resort in French Polynesia. Surrounding Area

Located on Motu Tautau on the coral reef, the resort faces the island of Taha'a on the lagoon side and offers a great view of Bora Bora island on the ocean side. 5 minutes by boat from the island of Taha'a and 35 min by boat from Raiatea Island . Taha'a has a pleasant vanilla aroma in the air;this is grown by the locals along with watermelon and copra. The island is flower shaped, surrounded by soft mountains and small motu with sandy beaches.

Dining Facilities

There are three restaurants and two bars. La Plage is located by the pool and beachside. Vanille is the main restuarant and Ohiri is fine dining - both are located in the centre of the resort, among the trees. The restaurants also host beach barbecues and Polynesian and seafood buffets and there is live entertainment.
