Daydream Island is the closest of the Whitsunday Islands to Shute Harbour, lying just 5kms from the mainland. From Shute Harbour, board a launch for the 15 minute crossing to Daydream Island. The island is also serviced by Hamilton Island Airport and is just a 45 minute trip across the Whitsunday Passage.
