Considered to be the best resort in Broome.RENOVATIONS: Nov 04-march 05. Christmas/New Year it is not anticipated that any work will be undertaken. 31Oct-10 Nov 04 significant noise 9am-5pm. CREDIT CARD guarantee upon check-in is required, or guests are required to pay $400 cash bond for incidentals such as mini-bar and telephone calls. The deposit can be taken by EFTPOS. Cheques will not be accepted. Guests who dine in Cable Beach Club outlets need to pay by cash or credit card at the restaurant. Food and Beverage cannot be billed to the guests room. If guests do not use entire amount of the bond, they will be refunded in cash. The resort will re-open for business 1 March 2004.

Located on Cable Beach in Broome. Broome offers unique natural attractions and an ideal Australian tropical climate.Where the Great Sandy Desert meets crystal blue of the Indian Ocean, a 23-kilometre of white sand. Cable Beach is at the edge of the Kimberlies and it is the setting for one of the world's magnificent creations. RENOVATIONS: Second stage of room refurbishment Nov 04 - March 05. Property Information

Low rise resort, the architecture is a mix of tropical Kimberley house and grand Chinese pavilion. 26 acres of gardens grow pandanus palms beside gum trees, water lilies beside frangipani. And, it is dotted, inside and out, with a collection of artworks and antiquities that set an exotic, colonial tone to the entire resort.

There are 3 restaurants. Kimberley BBQ closes 22 Oct for the summer, Asian Affair closes 25 Oct 2004, Club Restaurant will open 7 days a week for dinner over the Summer season, Sunset Bar & Cafe continues to operate 7 days, breakfast/lunch/dinner.
