The hotel has assured us there will be no disruption to guests and any noisy work will be restricted to the hours of 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. *** MN1204

Surrounding Area

The hotel is located on the banks of the Brisbane River and is within easy walking distance to Queen Street Shopping Mall, the Southbank Leisure Park and Treasury Casino.

Property Information

This is a rectangular shaped, multi storey building. Please note there will be some construction taking place on top of the building on 4th April, 2004 between 3am and 3pm. This is due to replacement of signage on top of the building. There will be some noise, however the hotel has put in place a number of measures to ensure minimal disruption to guests. There will be no car parking on site available during this time, however the hotel will advise you of alternative options on check in. Entrance to the hotel on this day should be via Chelsea Laneway or via the Ibis Hotel entrance as the main street entrance (off North Quay) will be closed.

Dining Facilities

There is a Coffee Shop on the first floor overlooking the river. Located next door, the Legends Bar is furnished in the style of an English pub.

Further Info

The lobby is large and has been renovated in a contemporary style with bright colours. This is a tremendous improvement on how it previously presented.
