Continue on I 95,Delaware Expy and continue Northeast for 8 miles Continue at sign reading 'Exit 17 I 676 to Central Philadelphia , Independence Hall , Callowhill St and US-30' and go North. Continue on Callowhill St and go West for 200 feet Turn left on N 4th St and go South for 0.4 miles .
