General Description
Auberge de la Pointe is a resort hotel with six acres of landscaped grounds located on a promontory in the St. Lawrence River at Riviere du Loup. The 117 guest rooms are spread over nine buildings and all have two double beds that can accommodate up to quad occupancy based on sharing existing beds and have tea and coffee makers, TV, hairdryers, radios, and views of either the river or the village. The hotel has a fine dining restaurant with fireplace and a bar. Restaurant l`Espadon`s specialities include fish, seafood, grill and regional cuisine and there is also a wood-fired lamb barbeque spit. Other amenities include meeting and banquet rooms, indoor and outdoor games with big screen TV, full spa facilities, recreation centre with indoor pool, sauna, and gym as well as a summer theatre. Activities in the area include whale-watching excursions and island cruises, bicycle paths and green space and various specialists tours. |
