General Description

Cuenca is a truly original city hewn out of rock. The hotel's large windows overlook the famous Casas Colgadas (hanging houses) set on the rocks flanking Hoz del Huecar in implausible positions. It is a notable example of the late gothic style.12-04SS.

The hotel is located in the ancient San Pablo convent which was built in the 16th century. The convent was founded by the famous Canon Juan del Pozo. It is located outside Cuenca city walls, where magnificent views can be enjoyed.
