General Description

This is a small, traditional Amsterdam hotel and it is even rumoured that Rembrandt taught students how to paint in one of the bedrooms! However, as there is no lift and the stairs can be quite steep, this hotel may not be suitable for everyone. jg/04/04

This hotel is centrally located along a tree lined boulevard, close to the Central Station enjoying views of the water. It is a short walk to all the major tourist attractions including the Red Light District.

This hotel only provides breakfast room but this room is also exceptional as it has original artwork from the 18th century and is also decorated in a blue and yellow colour scheme.

The lobby is small but very attractive and has been recently renovated and incorporates a small bar area. There is a very modern glass reception desk and the furniture is traditionally wooden with blue and yellow decor giving it a very bright and airy feel.
