This Georgian 18th century hotel, restored in 1998, consists of several properties in the Royal Crescent and everything throughout the hotel is first class. Not far from the city centre, the hotel has its own gardens to the rear and great views of the city at the front. Modern touches have been allowed and the ambiance is warm and friendly, making guests feel like they are at a home away from home. Pimpernels restaurant, which has a contemporary menu that draws inspiration from English, French and Far Eastern cooking, is a great place to enjoy fine food. The hotel has its own gym as well as a fantastic Bath House and Spa, where you can enjoy the relaxation pool, heated to 37 degrees centigrade, the steam and sauna Karahafus, or take a dip in the cool and tepid plunge tubs. A range of holistic and complementary therapies is available, either as individual treatments or in combination as part of an extended retreat. |
