SHA stands for the Singapore Hotel Association and this is basically a training school for the students to get hands on experience to run a actual hotel. The service is is better than you can find elsewhere as after all the staff is trained and more motivated to please. The profits are put back into the student's programme and is non profit. Rosettes serves up popular continental cuisine and is done by the SHA (Singapore Hotel Association) student chefs. The atmosphere is almost elegant fine dining except like the rest of of the hotel, it is run by trainees going into the hotel industry.
