General Description

Worth taking note is the hotel boasts one of the nicest and largest swimming pool for a city hotel. The Balinese styled pool is complemented by a full fledged St Gregory's Javana Spa with lush Balinese gardens. This is truly an oasis in the city. AC 4/2004

Surrounding Area

Located on Beach Road, the SUNTEC convention centre and the Marina Bay area are easily acessible by crossing over a bridge. Is is also literally across the road from the historical former enclave of the Malay sultanate and hence the name of Arab Street where the Arab traders use to ply their trade and indeed many still do so today. Beach Road is also historically literally on the beach and hotels like the Raffles down the road was a beach front property. Land reclaimation had since push the sea 2 kms further.
