A little gem of a hotel just outside of the city area. Fully accessible by taxi to all shopping, it also provide wonderful little side street to explore in this famous and historical suburb of Singapore. Please note that the hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle transfer from 7 am to 12 pm daily in 30 minute intervals. AC 12/2003

Surrounding Area

Located about a 10 minute drive to the city, the Century Roxy Park is a famous suburb of Katong. Katong is famous for it local Peranakan cuisine the developed from the intermingling of the the Chinese and Malay cultures. The hotel faces the large Parkway Parade shopping centre. It boasts walking accessibility to quaint shophouses in the Katong and Joo Chiat area as well as the East Coast Park.

Property Information

The exterior of the hotel is brick red with dark tinted glass and can be described as modern. It is facing the road and with a short driveby. It is flanked on one side by a small mall.

Dining Facilities

There are two restaurants, one serving Thai and on the upper floor is the restaurant serving local delicacies. One can tell if the food is good if the locals eat there. Judging from the crowds at this restaurant it is recommend as an introduction for the novice to Singapore cuisine.

Done in the ultra modern minimalist style, the functional lobby leads one immediately up to the upper floors for restarants. There is not much seating and but the lobby is definitely large and airy.
