The hotel is located a 15-minute shuttle-bus ride from Narita Airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The hotel is located directly at the end of the main runway of the airport giving a great view of aircrafts taking off and landing.

The hotel is the tallest in the Narita Airport vicinity. It is a tall brown building that is circular in shape. It is one of the newest hotels in the area. LOBBY. The lobby is very large in size. It is circular in shape with a Japanese garden in the middle that is closed off to the public because there are racoons that live in the garden. There is plenty of sitting space and room for checking in.
