The hotel has an excellent bar to the right of the lobby as you enter the hotel. The bar and lounge area has been beautifully decorated by a local designer using African artifacts. There is a small outdoor swimming pool with sundeck and sun loungers; drinks and snacks can be ordered by the pool. Laundry and dry cleaning facilties are available to guests. At the foot of Table Mountain and off Kloof St, one of Cape Town's most vibrant streets, the Lady hamilton is centrally located and close to all of the city's main attractions. Nestled in a residential street, the hotel is just a 5 minute drive to the Table mountain cablecar, the popular V&A Waterfront and 10 minutes from Cape Town's best beaches. The international airport is a 20 minute drive away.
