General Description

An excellent 4* hotel and the most centrally located in the city. The casino and bar make it a popular hotel and there is a small rooftop swimming pool where guests can sunbathe and order drinks and food. The hotel has conference facilities as well as a business centre. (AHJ 11/04)

Surrounding Area

Right in the centre of Windhoek on the city's main road 'Independence Avenue'. The hotel is next to the city's best shops, banks, the Namibian Tourism office as well as the National Gallery. The international airport is a 40 minute drive away and the domestic airport just a 10 minute drive.

Property Information

One of the tallest buildings in Windhoek the hotel is a modern 15 storey building. The entrance to the hotel is through a shopping arcade and on the 1st floor. Access to the lobby is via an escalator.

The large restaurant overlooks independence avenue and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The medium size lobby is carpeted and has a seating area in the middle. The hotel casino is to the right of the lobby as you enter and the hotel bar and restaurant are straight ahead of the entrance. To the left is the wide wood reception desk.
